Fission of Metsjö

The previously announced corporate division (fission) within Ivarssons i Metsjö AB has now been completed and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). Metsjö’s operations will now continue under a new company with a new registration number:
Ivarssons i Metsjö AB – Reg. No. 559556-4971
The previous registration number 556349–7758 will be deregistered.

The fission does not negatively affect the company’s financial position. Cash holdings and creditworthiness remain unchanged, and Metsjö assumes all liabilities and receivables. Operations continue as usual with the same staff, production, and contact details.

The fission is part of Metsjö’s ongoing generational transition, in which the next generation – Loa and Odd Ivarsson – will gradually take over responsibility for developing and leading Metsjö into the future.
